  1. If you have a simple question and you qualify (low-income or over 59) and the problem is in Orange County or southeast Los Angeles County, try calling the Hotline. You may be able to get an immediate, free answer.

  2. If you need to file a form, check if the I-CAN! system covers your case. Using it is free to anyone.
